Positive: Amazing location with beautiful views of the lake and the main piazza. The apartment is simple and very clean. You couldn't ask for a better location in Orta. Excellent communication with Stefano and really easy check in and check out.
Negative: The shower is really small but really didn't impact our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Amazing views of the lake and town square! Everything you need in this comfortable apartment. Sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and watch the boats come and go. Stanton had some wonderful suggestions. Private secure parking was a real bonus!
Negative: You might hear the restaurant if you are a light sleeper, but usually quiet by 10:30

Positive: INCREDIBLE VIEWS, PERFECT LOCATION, BRILLIANT STAFF (STEFANO) Stefano was extremely Kind, helpful and arranged a lift to the station. The view from the double aspect windows IS INCREDIBLE. The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows and perfect mattress.
Negative: The TINY SHOWER is genuinely too small to wash properly, the very basic furniture could do with an upgrade, worse of all was a constant stagnant drain smell in the stairwell, (NOT in the room), which made leaving and entering the building and walking up to the 2nd floor while trying to hold your breath and open the door, a very unpleasant experience. The smell DID NOT affect the room or we we would have left. Not a place to stay if you want peace and quiet, or comfort, - however the views are amazing!
